、The Healing Codes 02.14.2008 1Thursday Night Q above and beyond our other calls; above and beyond the recording of this call is the personal coaching that is available with the packages and also, as you know, you can buy additional coaching. Im thinking that is a key ingredient. We have a couple of c

、oaches on the call tonight. I heard Patricia Allen from Oklahoma, Ingrid Cook from Michigan. Those are two of our Certified Healing Codes Practitioners. Tonight we ask any of those of you who are uncertain about any part of The Healing Codes process to ask questions. Uncertainty about doing it right

、 is apt to slow us down. No sense in slowing down if you can make progress faster. We like to validate people on this call for their experiences and successes with The Healing Codes. This is all about encouragement; helping fan the flames of Light that spark within us, that intention to grow, connec

、t to the Creator. Thats what were looking to do. I think all of us, whether we put it in those terms or not, maybe upon consideration might say “I think that might be what Im up to.” Our disclaimer is that The Healing Codes are not intended to diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition or th

、eir symptoms. The Healing Codes deal with issues of the heart. It is on those spiritual issues that we focus our attention. Importantly I add this: The opinions I express are my own opinions. If they serve you I am pleased. If they dont, just let them go flying by. Im going to ask Megan to explain h

、ow you can get into the queue to make comments, ask questions, whatever. Then over the next hour I will weave in some points that I think are important to staying anchored in the efficient operation of The Healing Codes.Megan: (Gives technical directions.)Participant: (Brenda, NC) I started about 7

、days ago doing Phase 3. I dont do the memory picture finder part, but just do the Codes like I normally would. The Healing Codes 02.14.2008 2Thursday Night Q thats the name of the game. The blessings are there. Theyre available to us. My opinion is theyre available to us. Whats difficult is we dont o

、pen the door to them. Were so busy doing other things or the door is locked out of fear or doubt. Relaxing, becoming open is the name of the game. I suggest to facilitate the relaxation by doing The Healing Codes in the physically most comfortable position you can manage. In the recliner use some pi

、llows on your lap to prop your elbows up on. You can do the same thing on the couch, in a chair. If youre lying down in bed you can put pillows under your elbows so youre not using any muscular effort in your arms and shoulders. That way you can hold those positions and focus on what you want to foc

、us on rather than on your arms getting tired and being uncomfortable and so on.I happen to be sitting at a desk right now in a hotel room. I have both elbows on the desk. I literally could hold this position for hours if I wanted to as I do The Healing Codes. Oftentimes I do it just like that, elbow

、s propped up on the desk. If you think of stress as internal dirt that weve accumulated over the entire course of our lives, and we do on a regular basis, that needs to be eliminated. I think of it sometimes as if I had been a coal miner for years and years and years and I want to get clean. I want

、to be brighter. How would I do that? Thats more than a 15 minute shower. That is some kind of soaking in a tub in order to have all the coal dust removed. But if Im talking about the toxic memories, those issues of the heart, those beliefs about us that are not accurate and are painful and cause us

、to close up in self-defense, what I need to do is The Healing Codes 02.14.2008 4Thursday Night Q water and oxygen. Eating nutritious food, whatever that means to you, is the third step. Getting plenty of rest which is very easy to overlook is number 4. Many people stay up late. They are watching TV.

、 Theyre working hard. They eat late. Theyre worried about work. There are all kinds of different reasons we dont get enough rest. Thats really when a lot of the maintenance of the body, the synthesis of whats going on during the day occurs. Its tremendously valuable.I would say the fifth thing is to

、 move. Move our bodies. Stretch, move, exercise to whatever level is appropriate for your physical condition. Help the body move. Help the body detoxify. A lot of different levels were detoxifying. Were getting rid of, shifting or healing toxic beliefs. We want any kind of toxins in the food, air or

、 water we drink moved out of the body. By physically moving, stretching, we help the lymphatic system The Healing Codes 02.14.2008 5Thursday Night Q its on the inside.(No one in the queue.)Let me talk about something personal. My personality type is to be really interested in information. I love inf

、ormation. I always have loved it even as a little kid and am still that way today. Id rather buy a book than food. Sometimes this makes me think it can lead to complicating things more than they have to be.This past week, with the help of a book, it occurred to me, “I wonder if its simple?” I wonder

、 if its just a question of light and dark? High vibration/low vibration? At the fork in the road of my choices, my thoughts, my feelings, any activities Im about to embark on, if I look at the emotional state.Ive mentioned in previous calls the idea that if you think of stairs or a 10-rung ladder, g

、oing from the bottom to the top: shame, apathy, grief, fear, lust, anger, pride, courageousness, acceptance and peace. If you think of those as emotional states those are arbitrary. Other people have many more in their list, make it more complicated. I find that to be easy to remember. You can abbre

、viate it: SAG FLAP CAP. Depending on what rung of the ladder youre standing on, your view of yourself, life, opportunities, even God are different. You might say, “If I were standing on a different rung of a ladder, as I moved up, my view would be different than if I were on the very bottom rung. If

、 I were on the top rung perhaps I could see more than I could from the bottom rung.” Its that same idea with these emotional states. It is documented in books like, “Power versus Force” by David Hawkins. There are other ways to describe this. I happen to use this modified version of this scale. Were

、 able to say at any moment, “I can choose one emotional state over another.” If I choose anger over fear, that is actually an improvement. Anger is an improvement over fear. I took the high road. If those are the only two roads I could perceive I took the high road. If the two roads I could perceive

、 were courageousness and anger and I choose anger, I would be choosing the lower road, the darker road, the lower vibration. Now the idea that basically whenever a situation presents itself to me if I could choose to see that in a high vibration; a light kind of way if I could see it from that point

、 of view I would feel better. I wouldnt go into fight-or-flight. Anger wouldnt be part of it unless I had been at one of the lower states earlier. Generally I would feel better. My body would feel better. I would be healthier for me. It would be more loving, more generous, more The Healing Codes 02.

、14.2008 6Thursday Night Q addictions, need to have material things, not just sex even though the word lust is often connected to sex; its craving. Above that is anger. Above anger is pride. Above pride are the top three in this list: courageousness (I think thats the place you want to be if you want

、 to learn something new or youre taking on a new project or youre getting involved in something that could be a challenge. It may sound like, “Oh, goody, I cant wait to see what happens. I want to discover this. I want to explore this. I want to figure this out on my own. That is the most innocent,

、most curious, most energetic, most involved child-like making a game of it. Its really powerful when it comes to doing a project or facing an obstacle.) Above that is acceptance. Above that is peace. Participant: Thank you. Thank you for hosting these calls.Tom Costello: Thank you for your comment.

、Since there are no others in the queue Ill take that as a sign that people have other things to do. Since Im in preparation for the Heart Transformation Weekend thats going on here in Toronto this weekend, if there is nothing else to be addressed Im going to end the call. Thank you folks for being on the call. I look forward to talking to you in the future. Megan, thank you very much for your help tonght.Good night.
