12、days: 5:30PM-5: 00 PMParents please keep in mind the regulations:3270.241 All children are required to be enrolled in public or private school under the public schools code of 1949 (24p.s.ss 1-101-27-2702) and if the child is not enrolled and if the children are not exempted from enrollment under th

13、e public schools code, a child day care facility may not admit the child for care during the hours when the child is required by law to attend Public or Private School.Also if your child is ill please dont bring him or her to the daycare we are not allowed to keep that child at our facility. No chil

14、dren are allowed to attend our facility for more than 10 full hours on a full day. If you need care for more than 10 hours you must talk with your caseworker or CCIS. SPOC program must pick children up by 4:00PM unless we are given verification from the program.Our late fees are as follows: there is

15、 a 15minute Grace period after that, the fee is $1.00 per minute, per child, No Exceptions. You must contact the Director to set up a payment plan, however you will be charged.Parents, this late fee will be enforced even if you call and say you are going to be late.Parents must sign in and out daily

16、. Make sure emergency numbers are written on the sign-in sheet.Saturdays are for the conveniece of working families only. Parents must sign children up by Wednesday in order for children to attend. Parents must have verification from employer for Saturday. Whoever is paying for care must give us app

17、roval. If parent is paying payment must be paid a day ahead for child (ren) to attend. ACCOUNTABLITY1. We are a Childcare Center licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. We are accountable to comply with all the criteria set forth in the PA Code Title 55, Chapter 32

18、70 Brochure. Feel free to inquire as to all requirements as well as contacting the local DPW Childcare office about our facility.2. Religious StatementDont Worry Childcare is committed to providing your children with a traditional, biblical teaching emphasizing the gospel and teachings of Jesus Christ. Our method is not to indoctrinate your children in 6such a m

21、anner that will rob them of their ability to make personal choices. However, some of our music and books promote age appropriate biblical instruction that is foundational in traditional Christian communities. We say grace (prayer) before meals. We believe children are beautifully and wonderfully cre

39、 Infants at (412) 885-600.IEPWe ask if your child has an IEP that you give us a copy so that we can try to assist you and your child in reaching their developmental goals.TRANSFERSIf you decide to transfer your child to another facility we will give you your childs file with your childs assessment a

40、nd your information so you can take it to the other facility.PARENT INVOLVEMENTWe have a parent Board of parents who wish to help assist in fundraisers for field trips, activities and equipment for the Childcare Center.GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHERParents: We have “getting to know you” meetings as a ne

41、w parent we will be meeting with you within 15 days of your start date.Every year we have a parent breakfast and invite all of out parents and guardians to participate. We alsohave a parent night and have family activities for parent and children to participate together.COMMUNICATIONWe provide a mon

42、thly Parent Newsletter to inform our families of activities and scheduled events. The staff is prepared to share information about your individual child daily. Parents are given logs daily at the end of the childs day. The childs breakfast, lunch and special activities are recorded on the log. Any p

43、roblems that might develop can be discussed with the classroom teacher. Observation of your child will be shared with you within 45 days of entry of the program. An assessment of your child will be completed and shared with you twice a year and the conference will be held at time that is suitable to

44、 you. Director and supervisors are available for conferences on request. All staff is trained to assist parents in providing a quality early learning experience for your child.
