2、more market oriented and internationalized, it is extremely important for city gas companies to do research on Strategy of planning, implementation and enterprise development. Firstly, the dissertation gives a description of general situation of Zhengzhou Gas Company, including business development

3、process, human resources, performance and financial position, company structure, and exterior and interior problems that company faces. In addition, author describes the significance and importance of strategy planning for Zhengzhou Gas Company. Then, the dissertation employs the basic theoretic fra

4、mework of strategic management and analyzes companys present condition, resources, internal and external environment, enterprise value view, direction of strategic development and measures of implementation, etc. And then we define the boundary of company business, develop the strategy objective. Th

5、rough SWOT analysis, we find the business opportunities and weaknesses; build companys value view, set up strategy guiding ideology. Furthermore, based on our analysis, we establish companys perspective and develop the executive program of action, plan the strategy framework, point out strategy emph

6、ases and safeguard measures. Author thinks that, during the period of state enterprise reforming, energy utilization transforming, and accelerate urbanization process, the gas company should take the scale expansion as the objective, and take advantages of public utilities entertainments first and s

7、trongest impression of customer to expand boundary of pipeline net as quick as possible. At the same time, based on the strong main business, company should also make more development of the related projects, such as natural gas, energy, urban construction, etc. The final goal is to strengthen compa

8、nys core competencies, to set up modern enterprise management style, and as a result, to lead company to become the top_ranking gas company in China and the largest city gas company in Province Henan. Moreover, this dissertation brings up the detailed strategy implementation measures, which includes

9、 developing modern enterprise system, enhancing human resource management, improving enterprise culture, managing innovation, recombining and locating enterprise III business fields, emphasizing on science and technology innovation, taking advantages of increasing urbanization to expand itself and m
